Albert II Quentin Jean Baptiste PHILIPPY de BUCELLY D'ESTRÉES (1772-1838) was born on November 11, 1772 in Saint Quentin and he died on March 3, 1838 at Tronquoy. He was the first son of Albert I de BUCELLY D'ESTRÉES (1745-1808) and Catherine GEORGIA. Albert II was the brother of Albert Quentin III, Chevalier de BUCELLY D'ESTRÉES, and Gabrielle Constance Marie PHILIPPY de BUCELLY D'ESTRÉES.
He married on August 5, 1799 Anne Marie Camille LOISEL Le GAUCHER who was born in Bristol, England on February 25, 1800. She was the daughter of Jean Baptiste, Sgr. Broutelles and Captain of the Army and Maire of the city of Rue, and Anne Marie Madeleine d' ACCARY (Source 1).There was no issue from his first marriage.
According to information provided by the website of the family GALLIER de SAINT SAUVEUR, the last scion of the LOISEL LE GAUCHER family died in 1962. She was Miss Loisel Le gaucher du Broutel and now the family is represented by the FOUQUES DUPARC (Source 2).

French Revolution and Immigration
During the aftermath of the French Revolution, Albert II joined the Army of Princes (l'Armée des Princes) as a Calvary Captain by September of 1793 (Source 3, p. 69).The Army of Princes was was established in Germany in 1792. It was commanded by the Marshall de BROGLIE and was under the sponsorship of the brothers of King Louis XVI (the Count of Provence and Duc d'ARTOIS). At its height, it was 10,000 strong. The purpose of the army was to invade France and return the monarchy to power however, after the Republic victory at Valmy the army was disbanded on November 24, 1792 (Source 4).
By 1794, Albert II was in England. He met his father and brother after taking leave from l'Armée des Princes. With his family he spent time in London, Epson, and Surrey. It was in England that he met his first wife Anne Marie Camille LOISEL Le GAUCHER whom he married in 1799.
During his time in England, Albert II like his brother and father was able to make a living giving painting, design and fencing lessons. It is probable that he worked on the restoration of the de TESSIER home in Epson called "Woodcote Park".
After several months in England, the family moved to Hamburg. There they awaited "papers" to make their way into France. While in Hamburg, Albert II and his family worked on another house. This was property was owned by the Count de JUMILHAC (possibly Pierre Marie de la Chapelle de Jumilhac, 1764-1826). He bought a property in the country in Wansbeck (2 hours away from Hamburg). From September 1796 to January 1797, the PHILIPPY family worked in restoring the house (Source 3, p 73).
